At this time we're not perusing a direct API integration, but we have been able to incorporate AutoTask Extend API elements into our  sites to create support tickets and capture leads through existing Autotask Extend Developer Tools. This will not be a paid add-on service, we are happy to integrate these to your site for you upon your request. 

We can implement the follow for you on your site:

• Lead Capturing forms - such as the Contact Us form, or any other form on the site through the Autotask AutoForms Designer
• Required from you - the HTML code generated from the AutoForms Designer tool from your Autotask portal for each form you'd like to have on the site. 
• Support Tickets - a form on the site can automatically create a Autotask Ticket via the Add-ticket E-mail Service API
• Required from you - ID Name & PW Name provided by Autotask E-mail Service API when you activate it.

Then all you need to do to get it setup on your website is submit a support request to support@prontomarketing.com and we'll work with you to implement these for you on your site.
