Tech Assesment Guide

suggested this on June 11, 2010 06:55 pm

As part of the Google AdWords campaigns we've been trying Free Tech Assessment Guide offers. Each client has their own assessment doc or process, some formal, some not.

I'd like to build a doc, more pre-sales than the actual To-Do list of the assessment, that describes what the assessment covers. I've also seen this done as a sample of actual output.

Would you use a standardized doc if we developed it?
What would be in it?
Good examples anywhere?

I would use it.  As far was what's in it I don't have anything original.  Robin Robins had an example available to Producers Club members, but I am not a liberty to share that.

Send me a copy of what you have and I'll be glad to mark it up for you.

We haven't done anything, let me get this on a To Do list. Does anyone have samples they think are good?

Hi Everyone,

OK a 2012 To-Do has come to the surface!! We can move forward on this. A few things that would help us.

  • Examples - do you know of ones you like? Or don't like?
  • Requirements - what does it need to do for you?
  • Ideas - anything else?
  • Format - how long? Checklist style?

If we can get some feedback we'll get this going,

Derek

Here's a document that Microsoft provides to partners that could be the basis for content.
