Tech Assesment Guide

As part of the Google AdWords campaigns we've been trying Free Tech Assessment Guide offers. Each client has their own assessment doc or process, some formal, some not.
I'd like to build a doc, more pre-sales than the actual To-Do list of the assessment, that describes what the assessment covers. I've also seen this done as a sample of actual output.
Would you use a standardized doc if we developed it?
What would be in it?
Good examples anywhere?

I like this and would use it.
I would use it. As far was what's in it I don't have anything original. Robin Robins had an example available to Producers Club members, but I am not a liberty to share that.
Send me a copy of what you have and I'll be glad to mark it up for you.
Has anything happened with this?
We haven't done anything, let me get this on a To Do list. Does anyone have samples they think are good?

Hi Everyone,
OK a 2012 To-Do has come to the surface!! We can move forward on this. A few things that would help us.

Here's a document that Microsoft provides to partners that could be the basis for content.
When this comes to fruition we would absolutely use it. I’m excited to see the finished product. Thank you for taking this extra step and helping your customers.
