Call for Trial Participants – White Label Website Services with Annuity Revenue

Many of our clients have asked us to provide Pronto-type services to their non-IT clients – small businesses of all kinds. We started doing this recently with "Pronto for Everybody" and its' going quite well.
Some of our clients want to go a step further and offer Pronto's services in a white label program where we provide a partner-focused program. This would be a program where Pronto provides our core services as an extension of our client's IT services offerings or bundled with their managed services, in a way that Pronto is largely invisible. This would be annuity revenue-based model as opposed to our current program with referral commissions.
We are ready to start piloting a Pronto Marketing white label service. We wanted to reach out a bit to see if there are any clients who have or have had, website services as part of their offerings and might be interested in transitioning to an outsourced model with an existing client base.
In the initial phase of the program we want clients who in addition to some experience in providing website services can make commitments in terms of their efforts to bring their clients into the program along targets for new client acquisition. Participants in this trial group would be expected to be active in terms of feedback as well as flexible as we iron out the execution details.

I am interested in this as a white label offering. While we have done development and hosting for many sites (and it is one of our offerings currently). We have recently been working with referral partners and handing this client off. We have been in talks with our development team to build the type of solution you are offering. I prefer to use yours, I think it would be the best of both worlds.

I'm in too. In my former company we did web design, database development, and brand management. I would look forward to having a solid white-label website/SEO firm to partner with that we can markup and provide value-added services to.
I'm in as well. We work with a lot of medical practices who are always looking for website design and development. We currently use a partner now to handle this for us but it's not as smooth a solution as it would be with your company. We really love how you handle our website now and would love this for our customers.
We Are Interested as well in this as a possible relationship with pronto.

Thank Arno - for anyone who's interested attached is a doc with our ideas.
We have 3 Clients (Partners) in a test now. The help desks are up and working OK. We're completing the website content, sign-up forms and other elements as well as marketing materials.
We expect to launch broadly later this month. Still deciding on pricing and feature set details. Any feedback on that welcome.

First thanks!
Yes, we've put some thought in to stores. One assumption we have is that stores, shopping carts and billing integration will take more support. Based on this assumption we're thinking we'd pick a few and build up the resources to really support the client. Google Cart, PayPal, Magneto, for instance.
In addition to a deeper expertise with the stores themselves I'm thinking store support is 24x7. If your Contact Us form isn't working for a few hours it's upsetting, but not critical. If your store is down - your business is down. That level of support, more than the technical expertise, will take us some time to build.
One of the reasons we're very bullish on Zendesk is that we see this as a platform that could enable some new models to get to that 24x7 level of support.

Thanks Frank and an update for everyone on this list.
We now have 3 Partners (clients) live with the white label help desk and are now working sub-client websites via that system. Things are going well with the expected tuning with anything new. This is a newly created feature of Zendesk so it has some V1.0 feel to it, but they are a great company, driving updates and enhancements at a steady pace. And likewise it's a V1.0 process for us but feels pretty solid.
Next week we'll do an update to everyone with details the gist of which is we can start taking on a few new White Label Partners a week staring over the next weeks and ramping up fairly quickly from there. We would ask that the priority be Partners that have a client ready to go, but we'll get to everyone who wants to do this in October for sure.

Below is an an example. We can add 2-3 new Partners a week, our priority if if you have a client ready to go. We'll be able to go faster in a few weeks but we always like to make sure we have things running smoothly.
