We've got two fantastic Thai hires that have been living for in the US for their high school and university years but want to come back and work in Thailand - so we're looking for more. 

That said, we do hire expats as well. We are a great environment for a young person who wants some international business and cultural experience.  We'll consider fairly fresh graduates but we do need at least 2 years of work experience in something web related. That could be part-time while going to school.

Website Producers:

We are looking for Website Producers to join our team at Pronto Marketing. Applicants must have great communication, logic, and teamwork skills to meet the demands of our clients. You do need to be a Thai national.

Web Producers work directly on the production and updates of clients websites through our support desk system. This is a demanding job requiring the ability to decipher sometimes confusing client requests, drive process forward across the production team, and ultimately make the client happy with the service. We’re fanatically focused on client satisfaction and in a front-line position, you bear a deep responsibility to ensure that our clients constantly have an extraordinary experience that builds strong relationships. You need to be disciplined, focused, and driven for results.

A quality applicant will exhibit a keen eye for detail and quality as you will be responsible for quality control on the work the client sees. Skills that are required include fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking), experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and/or other related technologies is a plus, but not a hard-core requirement. If you are not capable in these, you must have the motivation to familiarize yourself with them quickly. The rest of the job will be learned through experience from working with our production team- you need a keen interest in technology and the internet to succeed. But most of all we are looking for a team member that is fun-loving, patient, and eager to join a true cross cultural team.

Pronto Marketing is always looking for talented Web Developers with experience in HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL WordPress experience a huge plus. You don’t need to be an expert; you just need a passion and drive to become an expert and Pronto will give you the tools to get there.
