Something wonderful has happened at Pronto Marketing, something that could only happen with the hard work of our team and the cooperation of our clients. Pronto Marketing's Support Ticket customer satisfaction rating has reached 99% Good.

When any ticket is Solved, the requestor of that ticket gets an email offering to rate the ticket Good or Bad. We've been working hard the past months to carefully review every Bad score. We follow-up with our client to make sure we understand their perspective, we look at our current process or training to see if there was a gap and implement changes as needed.

Delivering top customer service our top priority and we will continue to work to ensure that we delight each client with every interaction.
