Blogs that discuss challenges of healthcare companies such as up front cost of implementation, HIPPA, HITEC, NIST compliance & DR which are mapped to a solution such as HaaS, SaaS, quarterly compliance auditing. Such a blog post / white paper would demonstrate the expertise of the IT Support company & can double as a demand generation tool. This may also be a good concept for the Whitepaper section since there are no Healthcare Whitepapers (pronto published) that I know of.
