- PSR: If a program starts misbehaving, you can click start type in PSR and hit enter, to have each click and stroke recorded so you can playback how to solve problems,

- Recover Locked Apps

- Open a program in a new process so it won't crash when another does

- How to use Resource Monitor to determine what has crashed. 

Finish with a warning noting that if unsure, ask someone.
