I'm not sure I understand the point of view for this. The IT Service PRovider / MSP is going to recommend, implement and maintain a good BCP for their client; at least from the technical perspective.
There could be non-IT functions such as a communication plan if people can't get to work. Like we had during the Thailand floods - every few days we'd reassess the situation, and make sure everyone was prepared - and we were prepared to keep working in a chanced situation.
What would some examples of these tips be?
