With this feature, you can now have the existing contact forms (and any new ones in the future) on your website create new Contacts, Companies, Activities, Opportunities and/or Service Tickets in your ConnectWise PSA.

Nice job Cory. Now if we can get the CW Marketing API integration working, I'll be one happy camper! Seriously, this is a nice feature.
Thank YOU Rick for all your help testing so far! Marketing API is in the works. We'll follow up with you and all of the other helpful ConnectWise users when we're ready.
Will the List Sync and Marketing API be additional fees or will those be included in the $200 Setup and $25 MTM fee? Is there an ETA for those items? - I'm looking forward to getting this rolling! :)
I'd really like to see the Marketing API spun up. I'll help you any way that I can. You know that I have a high tolerance for pain, so let's not be bashful... Let's Git'R dun!
Is there an ETA for the List Sync and is it included in the $25/Month
@Scott. ConnectWise currently doesn't have their Groups API open so we can't do a list sync at this time. When this is an option we'll look back into making this happen.
If any of you have insider information or updates feel free to let us know.
Don, this is something we have in our backlog and are researching but have not started development with yet.
Any plans to create specific web pages that would allow our end user to provide us required information to Add/Change/Delete one of their users. This information would simply create a ticket in CW with information such as end user name, email address, distribution list, printers, security group, etc ...
Hi Cory,
Following my comment June 12th any update on the list sync. We are looking at increasing our marketing and would like to have any clients within our connectwise automatically added to our mailing list for our next letter. Rather than importing and exporting.
@Curt, I think we may be able to do this just by creating a new form. It could create a service ticket with any additional fields mapping to the Problem Description field in ConnectWise. Let us know if you'd still like to do this and we can work on it.
@Scott, We hope to take care of that sometime mid 2012. Our current ConnectWise integration is still V1 and there are quite a few fixes as well as new features, like list sync, we want to implement.
