MSPs need to help clients get past the notion of IT as just a toolbox and see it as an integral part of how they compete in their market. Similarly, they need to understand the notion that their IT Support company - their managed services provider -- is also a valuable strategy business partner .

Excellent idea Bruce! I'll assign to our writer Julie who has a finance and business background and is good at this sort of thing.
Fully agree with this line of attack. I spend the vast majority of my day finding out that people are using IT for 'bad business' and that their understanding of bad IT is just that they are not using it for the correct purpose. Bring on the article !
