I have sat in front of more prospects in the past year who think that rotating tapes offsite is their disaster preparedness plan. I always ask, what you would do, they say, "call out IT guy". Let's help more small businesses think through this more.

Are these two in the direction you're looking for? I assume what you mean is for the business that has had a total or major loss of equipment and infrastructure; fire, flood, etc. it's not just having the data - it's getting back into business.
Is that correct?

Exactly, but you want to keep hitting this one, from different angles, because the majority of my prospects are clueless.
OK we'll do and update to this, we can pick up the Japan theme from another suggestion.
We will pick up the ideas from this post as well.

Content is great and very relevant - especially if we fold in the Japanese situation. What is the extend of this damage there? Will these be posted to the blog, can we also use them for our own information / publication / proposal purposes? And I agree Lauren that we can't say this enough. Some people just don't get it!
Since you are i a writing mood, an articel on QR codes would be great. I have asked Robin to think about it and have started building one on my own. You write "Way better than me" so go for it.
Hi Bob - thanks for the feedback. We did one on QR codes recently: http://www.techadvisory.org/2011/03/seeing-qr-codes-but-dont-know-what-they-are/
Ahhh - I saw this one. So this is where it came from! Well done. I need one with 550-650 words and with your indulgence I will take yours and add to it. Coopy back to you when done if you like (for editing?).
No problem help yourself. If you want to bring something back we can put in the blogs that's great, and happy to have our editor review. When ready start a new topic so we can get comments under that subject.
Also, the MAC-Virus article is very relevant. I am putting together a "report" (built on Robin's stuff) for my clients about AV/AS and have been trying find some matrerial on the MAC side. Purfect!
I think that I should spend some time here.
This will be published to the blogs in early May
