Managed Services Content for Review

Hi - in the content survey you asked for more Managed Services content. Attached are two articles we've had written - by two different writers. (these have not gone to the editor yet).  If you have a moment to read and give me feedback, in the forum or via email that would be appreciated.

I'd appreciate some feedback if these are helpful and in sync with your messaging and approach to managed services.

Both could use some more work but out of the two I like the "Five Reasons" more. -- Cheers

I agree with Edgar, the five reasons document reflects the reasons we see people coming to managed services.  I would put #5-Costs at the top though.  The Assessing and Documenting document seems like it's making an argument for why you do a System Assessment, not really related to managed services.
