No, not at the moment. All Managed Email Newsletter services are currently not part of the 24x5 Support provided yet.

Our team manages related submissions Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Bangkok time.

To ensure your email campaign and newsletter requests are handled in time, kindly submit your requests 3-5 business days in advance to allow enough time for Preparation, Testing, Reviewing, and Distributing processes.
