Accessing our support system (Zendesk) is a breeze through your Pronto Account.
Submit a New Ticket
You can submit a new ticket request by following the Support tab in the navigation bar of your Pronto Dashboard account.
Tickets on Your Dashboard
On your Pronto Dashboard you'll see all of your Open and Pending tickets that are our service team is working with you on.
