The end of this week will be the Thai New Year's holiday, also known as Songkran. Thursday April 13th, Friday April 14th and Monday April 17th are public holidays.
Songkran is the most important holiday of the year in Thailand where everyone heads home to be with their family, and conduct epic water fights.
The holiday combines important religious elements, paying respect to our elders and is mixed with a lot of fun as well. You can read more on Wikipedia: Songkran.
We will have a small team watching the help desk during the holidays to help with urgent support fixes and changes. However, non-urgent updates might not be completed until our office opens fully on Tuesday April 18th, and larger updates may take longer to be completed. We promise we'll do our best to catch up as always :)
We thank you for your patience and wish you a happy Thai new year!
