We're happy to announce that we've integrated your Pronto Account login with our Helpdesk so that you no longer need to login to the systems separately. With this change, you'll be able to use the same login credentials whether your analyzing your marketing reports, managing your support tickets, checking on an email campaign, updating your billing info, or viewing an invoice.
When you login to the helpdesk you'll be taken to your Pronto Account login screen first before redirecting to our helpdesk.

What Did Not Change
One feature that hasn't changed is the ability to submit support tickets via email. This is still active and anyone having an issue with their login can always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get in touch with our support team.
