Testing Forms on Your Client's Website
Updated over a week ago

When submitting a form, an email is required. To ensure that Pronto remains discreet and operates behind the scenes while interacting with your client's website, we use generic emails and will follow these steps.

1. Contacting you before form submissions

Before a form test is submitted on your client's website, we will notify you with details about which form will be submitted and the purpose of the test. This step ensures you are always informed and can let your client know if needed.

2. Decide who will submit the form

There are a few options here on how we would test the form, depending on which you'd prefer.

  1. We can use non-branded email addresses (like the ones below) that do not reveal Pronto's identity

    1. PPC Camapigns - [email protected]

    2. SEO Campaigns - [email protected]

    3. Website Support - [email protected]

  2. You can create an email for us on your domain to use

  3. You can test the form yourself when asked and confirm back to us that it's working

3. Let us know for future submissions

For future form test submissions, you can let us know if you'd prefer that we contact you each time or if you're happy for us to submit tests using generic emails as and when needed.
