What if I have multiple sites that need to be managed?

Our support plans are per site, so each new site that Pronto supports (including subdomains) will add a new plan to your account.

Different sites can be on different plans, however. For example, you could have one site on Technical Support (Hosting and Maintenance) and one site on Website Support.

If you have several sites that you’d like us to manage, please talk with our sales team.
