No, we do not allow migration plugins to be installed on sites hosted with Pronto Marketing. This is because our hosting environment includes custom-built plugins and licenses tailored specifically for Pronto’s infrastructure, which cannot be transferred to other hosts.

However, we’re happy to assist in other ways. If you need to move your site, we can provide a full export at any time. Additionally, we offer a migration service for $500 to help you transition to a new host seamlessly. This ensures your site is moved properly while respecting the unique configurations that support its performance on our platform.
